Start by submitting an inquiry, and I’ll send comprehensive onboarding details on how I work, what you can expect, and an outline of services and fees. To get a clearer picture of your trip, we’ll gather additional information either via email or a scheduled call. Afterward, I’ll send a personalized fee proposal based on the trip’s scope and details.
2. Getting to Know You
Once you’re ready to proceed and the planning fee is set, we’ll dive into a deeper discovery phase. A detailed questionnaire will help uncover your interests—from favorite activities to must-see spots—so we can design a truly personalized experience.
3. Custom Itinerary & Bookings
With your preferences in mind, I’ll craft an itinerary tailored to your travel style, packed with the experiences you’ll love. Once you’re thrilled with the proposal, I’ll handle all reservations—from accommodation to special activities—allowing you to focus on the excitement, not the logistics.
4. Pre-DEPARTURE PREP
Before you depart, I’ll send over your final itinerary and everything you need for smooth travel. This includes a breakdown of entry requirements, essential pre-departure info, and an option for a final check-in call. You’ll receive all travel documents electronically, with easy access through an app for added convenience.
5. In-Trip SUPPORT
Your itinerary comes with full booking details and contacts. If you need to change plans while traveling, I’m here to help, making sure you have support at every step.
6. Post-TrAVEL Feedback
After your return, I’d love to hear your highlights and any notes you have to make future travels even better. We can also chat about any upcoming trips on your horizon, building on each experience to keep creating memorable journeys.

Hotel Bookings & VIP Perks
Ideal for travelers who know their destination and accommodation preferences but want access to exclusive perks. Our complimentary booking service leverages Sarah Payne Travel’s extensive network of 'preferred partner' relationships with global hotels and resorts. If you’re uncertain about where to stay, we’ll simplify the selection process, curating options to match your style. VIP perks at preferred partner properties may include room upgrades (based on availability), flexible check-in/out, welcome amenities, complimentary breakfasts, spa or dining credits, and more.

Single Destination
One destination. The right hotel in the right neighbourhood, the key logistics handled, and a starting point for how to spend your time.
Includes:– Initial conversation to understand your preferences, travel style, and priorities
– Hotel research and curated recommendation — up to three options with my reasoning for each
– Hotel booking - preferred partner rates and VIP perks where applicable
– Airport transfers or rental car research and booking
– Shortlist of suggested experiences as a starting point
– Restaurant recommendations and reservations on request
– Tour and experience recommendations and bookings on request
– Concierge coordination on request — spa bookings, special occasion arrangements, dietary requirements communicated to properties
– Pre-departure information — entry requirements, practical notes, what to know before you go

Service Fee: $250 -
Multi-Destination
Two or more destinations, or a single destination requiring significant coordination. Everything in Tier 2 applied across all stops.
Includes:– Everything included in Tier 2, across each destination
– Multi-destination research — hotels, pacing, and routing between stops
– Transfers between destinations — flights, trains, or private transfers researched and coordinated where appropriate
– Shortlist of suggested experiences per destination
– Itinerary structure — a clear overview of how the trip flows across all stops
– Restaurant recommendations and reservations on request
– Tour and experience recommendations and bookings on request
– Concierge coordination on request across all properties
– Supplier coordination across multiple properties
– Optional pre-departure call to walk through the full itinerary
– Complete electronic travel documents — all confirmations and itinerary in one place
Service Fee: $500 up to three destinations. Fee on enquiry beyond that.
